Scheduled Viewings
In the Rental Settings, turn on the setting to Send viewing notices to current occupants, and add the email and phone number for your current renters. We will send a viewing notification to current occupants via email and/or text up to 72 hours in advance.
Here's an example:
"Heads up - there are viewings scheduled on Mon Jul 26 at 12:00 PM. If you have any questions, please call {assigned users phone number}"
Note: This is a "heads up, we're coming" message rather than a "is it OK if we come" message. If you need to clear a viewing with the current occupant, please set the Viewing Approval method on the availability to use "Take Requests" rather than "Set Appointments;" with this you'll get to review the requested dates/times and clear them with the occupant before accepting one and thus setting the appointment.
Cancellations
We will send cancellation notifications to current occupants when there are no more leads scheduled for a particular time. So, if 4 of the 5 leads cancel for a group showing, we will not send a cancellation notification. If the last lead were to also cancel, then we will send the notification so the renter knows that no one will be coming by.
