What does the CodeBox lockbox "Entry Error" mean?
What does the CodeBox lockbox "Entry Error" mean?

Either the date/time on the CodeBox lockbox is incorrect or the code attempted is for a different day

If you enter a code into the CodeBox lockbox and the display reads "Entry Error," one of two things went wrong:

  • The date/time set on the CodeBox lockbox is incorrect.

  • The code you attempted to use was generated to be used for another day.

The one-time use CodeBox lockbox code only works on the date for which it was generated. If you set an appointment or generated a code for, say, March 11 but try to use the code on March 12 the code will not work and the CodeBox lockbox will display "Entry Error."

Likewise, if you set an appointment or generated a code for, say, March 12 and attempt to use it on March 12 but the CodeBox lockbox thinks the current date is April 1 the code will not work and the CodeBox lockbox will display "Entry Error."

To Correct...
