User-specific blackout dates will prevent the scheduling of new viewings for any rentals assigned to that specific user or for which there is rental-specific availability assigned to that specific user. Blackout dates are commonly used for holidays and vacations.
Note: User-specific blackout dates apply to all rentals assigned to that user. Alternatively, you can change the viewing approval method for the applicable availability to Take Requests (instead of Set Appointments) and just not accept any requests for that date.
To set user-specific blackout dates:
Click Users.
Click Settings under the user for which you want to set blackout dates.
Click the Availability tab at the top.
Scroll down to the bottom of the Availability page and click the blue + button under Blackout Dates to add a blackout date range.
Note: Self Access showings will not be affected by user-specific blackout dates. When a rental is configured for Self Access showings tours will be available 7 days a week unless set up otherwise in the rental settings.
