There are many online scams targeted at renters. Help protect your prospective tenants and fight against the criminals by posting a notice on your properties that allow self showings that warns prospects of the scams and how to identify them.

We've made fighting the bad guys easier with our Rental Scam Warning template. Simply:

Type in your company name, company phone number, and click the image icon (bottom center) to upload your company logo.

1. 2. Type in your company name, company phone number, and click the image icon (bottom center) to upload your company logo.
3. Print as many copies as you need.
