Q: Why partner with SentriLock?
A: SentriLock has produced over 1 million lockboxes since its founding in 2003 and has been the official lockbox solution for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) for over 15 years. All of SentriLock’s lockboxes are 100% assembled in America and are built with the highest quality materials and engineered to withstand attack. SentriLock delivers the highest security for your clients with features found in no other lockbox system, including holding a Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) certification; the leading international certification body in the fields of security and fire protection.

Q: Why should I purchase SentriLock lockboxes?
A: SentriLock lockboxes are known to be the most durable and reliable on the market. They offer an unprecedented 6 year battery life and 6 year warranty.

Q: How much do SentriLock lockboxes cost?
A: Pricing and ordering information can be found on your Tenant Turner Add-ons page.
Note, only account Admins can access the Account > Add-ons page.

Q: Will SentriLock use single-use codes?
A: Yes. The SentriLock lockboxes will operate within Tenant Turner in a very similar fashion to how CodeBox lockboxes currently work in the Tenant Turner software.

Q: Can we use both CodeBox and Sentrilock at the same time?
A: Yes. You may still use CodeBox lockboxes on some of your properties while you bring on SentriLock lockboxes on other properties.

Q: Does the SentriLock lockbox also work with Bluetooth?
A: The SentriLock lockbox has Bluetooth capability, but we believe code delivery via text message to be easier for tenant leads to use, so we will not be building SentriLock Bluetooth-capable apps for the foreseeable future.

Q: Can my agents use their SentriCards on the boxes I order from Tenant Turner?
A: Agents are not able to use their SentriCards or the SentriLock app with SentriLock lockboxes through Tenant Turner. You'll have to send codes through Tenant Turner for anyone to access.

Q: Do SentriLock lockboxes use vendor and shackle codes?
A: No. To maintain the highest security standards, SentriLock uses one-time codes to grant access to the lockboxes. You'll add agents and vendors as Authorized Contacts in Tenant Turner so they can receive a unique code whenever they need it.
