Your SentriLock lockboxes are here! Congrats! These lockboxes will help keep your rentals safer and offer a more reliable self-access experience to tenant leads, agents, and vendors. 

To maintain the highest security standards, SentriLock does not use static vendor and shackle codes like you may be used to.  Access is always granted via a secure, one-time code, so you don't have to worry about codes falling into the wrong hands or resetting all of your lockboxes when someone leaves the company.  

To grant access to your agents and vendors, simply add them as Authorized Contacts, so they can receive codes on-demand whenever they need them.

To open your SentriLock lockbox:

  1. Sign in to your Tenant Turner account
  2. Click Access from the main menu
  3. Click SentriLock from the top menu
  4. Search for the box you would like to open
  5. Click GET CODE if you have the box with you or SEND CODE to send a code to someone in the field
  6. Select One-time Code as the Code Type
  7. On the lockbox, Push ENT + code + ENT and the box will open

To unshackle your SentriLock lockbox:

  1. Sign in to your Tenant Turner account
  2. Click Access from the main menu
  3. Click SentriLock from the top menu
  4. Search for the box you would like to open
  5. Click GET CODE if you have the box with you or SEND CODE to send a code to someone in the field
  6. In the Code Type dropdown, select Shackle Code
  7. On the lockbox, Push ENT + FUNC + 1 + code + ENT and the shackle can be removed

To grant ongoing access to vendors and agents:

  1. Click Access from the main menu
  2. Click Authorized Contacts from the top menu
  3. Click on the orange "+" button to add a new authorized contact
  4. Fill out the name and contact details, and grant access via a "One-time Code"
  5. Click save
