Send Custom Showing Instructions

You can customize the messages leads receive once they confirm their scheduled viewing.

Note: Do not include shortened links in your message as carriers may block the message (e.g. Bitly, Google URL Shortener, etc)

In person showings instructions

  • Click into the Rental Settings

  • Make sure the in-person showings option is turned on

  • Scroll down to the Optional Showing Details, and click, which will expand to show the Showing Instructions field. Since it’s rental-specific, some showing agents like to share personal contact information or helpful tips like where to park. Below is a screenshot for reference.

  • Click save at the bottom of the page to be sure your changes stick!

For self access viewings instructions

  • Click into the Rental Settings

  • Make sure the self access viewings option is turned on

  • Scroll to the self access viewing section and you will see the section called Self-Access Viewing Instructions. Below is a screenshot for reference.

  • Click save at the bottom of the page to be sure your changes stick!

Note: For the in person showings, everything in the 'optional showing details' section is sent via text to the lead once they confirm their appointment.
