Better safe than sorry! If you've come across a lead who is a suspected scammer, squatter, or is harassing your team, you can place that person on a blocklist. This blocks them from all of your company's rentals, now and in the future.

To place someone on the blocklist, click on their name to pull up their lead record and click Decline. If you simply decline the lead, that blocks them from just that rental. Turn on the toggle to "Blocklist this lead for all showings" to block them from all of your rentals.

Moving forward, if anyone attempts to schedule with that lead's phone, email, or ID, they will not be able to do so.

Notes:

  • Once a lead has been declined, this action cannot be undone. A new lead will need to be created.

  • If the lead is under an inactive rental, you will need to create a lead under an active rental to decline and add to the blocklist.
