If someone will show the rental in person, then In-Person Showings should be enabled and the fields that follow should be completed.

Maximum Showings per Time
The maximum number of people that will be permitted to view the property at any one time.

Showing Duration
The amount of time you're giving yourself to show the rental during a showing.

Minimum Scheduling Notice
The minimum amount of time a property manager requires as advance notice from a tenant lead who wants to book a showing.

Buffer Before Showing
Allows the property manager to set themselves some time to travel to the property and prepare it for showing.

Trips to Rental
Allows the Property Manager to limit the number of times s/he shows the rental to only once per day, if desired. In other words, we'll attempt to cluster together as many showings for a particular rental as possible. For example, if you have availability from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM, and you schedule a 30 minute showing at a particular rental for 10:30 AM, we'll try to schedule additional tenant leads for 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM but will not allow tenant leads to schedule showings at this rental during your 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM availability.

Viewing Notices to Current Occupants
If the property is occupied, this provides a way to inform the current occupants that a viewing will be happening soon. Enter the occupants' names and email addresses and save. The system will text and/or email the current occupants starting 72 hours in advance of a viewing to inform them that a viewings will be taking place.
