If you are using a back-end property management software like Appfolio, Buildium, Rent Manager, Propertyware, etc., Tenant Turner syncs property status with those systems. Information is imported <i>every 4 hours</i>. 

If you need to deactivate a rental from Tenant Turner, first take it off market from your property management software. Then we'll automatically mark it as ready to deactivate when we run the next import.&nbsp;
