If an Availability Extended Field is configured in Rent Manager, then Tenant Turner will use that date as the Availability Date in our system. Otherwise, it will default to the date the rental was added into Tenant Turner. Below are instructions on how to configure the Availability Extended Field in Rent Manager.
Go to Admin > System Preferences > Online Listings > Extended Fields. Once you're there, click on the plus button in the upper-right corner to add a field:
Check the box next to Availability, then click Add.
The popup will close, but do not forget to click Save at the bottom of the Extended Fields page!
Now, when you go into the Unit > Marketing details for any of your listed units you can input the Availability date into the value field, as seen here:
