To upload a custom greeting for your Tenant Turner leasing line:

  • Administrative users can login to Tenant Turner and go to 'Account' settings

  • Scroll down to the 'calls' section

  • Toggle on the option to upload a custom phone greeting

  • Click 'upload'

  • Select the file you have saved for the pre-recorded greeting and upload it

  • Scroll to the bottom of the settings page and click 'save account settings'

When someone calls your leasing line, Options 1 and 2 will route the same as the standard greeting.

With the standard greeting, callers are greeted by a professional narrator who tells them they have reached the leasing line and gives them the option to 1) inquire about a specific rental, 2) get a list of all available rentals, or 3) indicate they are calling for some other reason.

Leasing Line Option 1- Calling about a specific rental

Callers can choose to self-schedule (text message) or be forwarded to the phone number of the user assigned to the rental.

Leasing Line Option 2- Calling for a list of all available rentals

Callers receive a text message with the link to your Listings Page.

Note: If you upload a custom greeting, ensure you prompt them to select 1, 2, or 3 as our generic message states. Also, it must be in MP3 format only, and a file size no larger than 3MB (approx 1 minute long).
