You can still benefit from secure, one-time access codes even when a box is on an inactive rental or a rental that is not in Tenant Turner

You may need to grant vendors access to an inactive rental or generate access codes for a rental that isn't in Tenant Turner. These instructions below show you how to accomplish that!

On either the Access > CodeBox tab or Access > SentriLock tab, locate the serial number of the lockbox in question and click "Settings" under that serial number.

Then, in the Address field, type in the rental address for your records.

You will now be able to generate secure, one-time access codes (send codes, get codes) to the specified addresses. The access history will be fully tracked and show up in your Lockbox Access Report in Tenant Turner.
