Let's say you use your phone calendar out in the field and need your showing appointments on your phone. You receive showing appointments at the email address you use to sign in, but you don't see those appointments on your phone.

You can use the Also Notify Email Address on your users Notification page to send copies of all your email notifications and showing appointments to your personal email address so they appear on your phone.

Click on Users from the main menu, then click SETTINGS under your name.

Click the Notifications tab, then enter your personal email address in the Also Notify Email Address field.

1. Click on Users from the main menu, then click SETTINGS under your name.
2. Click the Notifications tab, then enter your personal email address in the Also Notify Email Address field.
3. Click SAVE.

Use the Also Notify Email Address on your profile to send copies of appointments to your personal email address so it appears on your phone.
