Viewing notifications to current occupants for self-access viewings

We highly recommend you not allow self-access viewings for occupied rentals because leads can access the key at any time.

Warning: We highly recommend you not allow self-access viewings for occupied rentals because leads can access the key at any time.

We do not have the option to send viewing notifications to current occupants for self-access viewings because we highly recommend you not allow self-access viewings on occupied rentals. Though a viewing is set for a specific time, the tenant lead can access the key at any time.

Specifically in the case of a CodeBox or SentriLock lockbox viewing, the lead can access the key any time on the day of his/her scheduled viewing. By default your lockbox allows access anytime 8:00AM - 9:00PM.

For example, a tenant lead may have a lockbox viewing scheduled for May 8th at 4:00PM. He/she could go to the rental that day at 9:00AM instead and can access the key in the lockbox.
