Many property management companies syndicate their rental listings using their backend property management software or from a tool like FreeRentalSite. For those customers, this article does not apply. If you have Tenant Turner set to syndicate for you, below is a full list of sites we publish to:

Note: Paid options are NOT included in the standard Tenant Turner syndication and will require a separate paid agreement with the listing sites. See below for more information regarding paid syndication options to expand your advertising reach.

Note: With Tenant Turner syndication, you will also see a Zillow Syndication Report under the Reports section of your account which will indicate the listing status for the Zillow Group sites.

Looking to expand your advertising reach?

Zillow Group Sites - Paid agreement required for listings on Trulia and Zillow (HotPads will list for free). To inquire about and set up a paid agreement with Zillow Group, please reach out to rentalfeedinquiries@zillowgroup.com. They will need your Tenant Turner ID, which is the number included in your unique Leads+ email address, found on your Rentals > Listings Information page.

Zumper - Hybrid advertising model, which will allow up to 5 free listings at a time per company (randomly chosen by Zumper). Anything beyond that requires a paid agreement. Paid listings will be prioritized over free listings in the search results. To inquire about and set up a paid agreement with Zumper, you can reach out to them directly here or email them at directlistings@zumper.com. They will need your Tenant Turner ID, which is the number included in your unique Leads+ email address, found on your Rentals > Listings Information page (image above).
