After you've signed up for Showings Coordinator through Buildium, there are a few steps to take to finish setting up your account to get started.

A2P 10DLC Registration: This registration informs carriers who you are and what messages we send on your behalf to prevent those messages from being filtered, flagged, or marked as spam. When you fill out this form, make sure you are including your exact business information as it appears on your business registration or tax forms. Reference this article for more details.

Note: The Campaign Registry will charge a one-time 'Carrier Registration Fee' of $19. This fee will be charged to the default payment method on your account once this form is submitted.

Add Users - Add other members of your team so they can use Tenant Turner too by giving your Buildium users access to Showings Coordinator. Users will log in through Buildium to view leads on Tenant Turner.

Update Account Settings - Update the default settings in the Account > Settings section of your account.  Some information comes from Buildium such as your company name and logo. In Tenant Turner you can set your default restrictions and viewing settings. To learn more about updating account settings, see our help articles on Company Settings, Restrictions, and Viewings.

Purchase Add-Ons - If you're interested in purchasing add-ons, such as messaging, electronic lockboxes, or the leasing line call center, you can do so by going to the Account > Billing section of your account. First you'll add payment information in Tenant Turner and then you'll be able to purchase any add-ons.

Route leads to Tenant Turner: if you have syndication turned on in Buildium, it automatically routes leads to Tenant Turner. If you want Tenant Turner to handle syndicating your listings, be sure to have syndication turned off in Buildium and make the listing site selections in your Tenant Turner Settings. Check out this article for more information.

Schedule Training - Sign up for a personalized training with a member of the Tenant Turner Success team. Be sure to add anyone else from your company who will be using Tenant Turner too! Sign up for a time that works best for you.
