Tenant Turner and Buildium are fully integrated for a seamless user experience. To ensure data security across all platforms, Buildium customers must access Tenant Turner through their Buildium account or through the Buildium mobile app. This process may be referred to as Single Sign On (SSO).
How to access Tenant Turner from the Buildium desktop app:
Click on Leasing in the left-hand navigation.
Click on Listings.
Click the green "View leads on Tenant Turner" button:
You'll also find a button to pass into Tenant Turner once you click into a listed unit. See below:
Note: The system will keep the account logged in until you sign out manually or are inactive in your Tenant Turner account for 30 or more consecutive days. Each time you are active in the account it sets a new 30-day cookie to stay logged in.
