Do you ever sign into Tenant Turner to look up a lead, but you're not sure which rental they're under? Or maybe you have a serial number for a lockbox, but you don't know where it's assigned?

The new Universal Search feature in Tenant Turner was designed to get you the information you need in fewer clicks.

You'll find the small magnifying glass in the top-right corner of any page in Tenant Turner. Click on it to expand the search field, and you can type in whatever it is you're looking for.

In this video (no sound), I search for a lockbox serial number, and in one click I can see the static codes, along with the address it's assigned to. I also search for a lead's name, which shows results for a scheduled viewing and a lead's record. By clicking on the name, I'm taken to their lead record where I can take any actions I need, such as sending a quick message.

We hope this saves you time, so you're not combing through reports or clicking through pages to find what you need! We'd love to hear feedback around how this new feature works for you.
