If you manually post to Facebook Marketplace, we recommend you include your Tenant Turner phone number and your Tenant Turner listings page so leads can get added to Tenant Turner automatically.
Tip: Add a call to action on your Facebook Marketplace listing driving leads to call your Tenant Turing phone number or to follow the link to your listings page.
"Call (XXX)-XXX -XXXX or follow this link (listings page link) to schedule a showing!"
Your Tenant Turner phone number and listings page can be found in the Rentals > Listing Information section of your Tenant Turner account.
Note from Meta regarding changes for Facebook rental listings:
"Starting on January 30, 2023, Meta will no longer support the ability for all sellers to create real estate/rentals listings using a Facebook business Page and manage inventory tab in markets where this feature is currently available.
The free person-to-person listings for real estate and rentals listings will still be available on Marketplace. The ability to reach audiences via ads is also not changing."
