Tenant Turner is a software company that helps property managers schedule viewings for their available rentals. One of the viewing options we offer to our customers is self access viewings using Sentrilock lockboxes! You may have used this brand of lockboxes for real estate sales but the process is different when using one for a self access viewing through Tenant Turner.
Self access viewings offer the ability to view a home at the convenience of you and your client's schedule! This guide will show what the process looks like for Sentrilock lockboxes.
Important Notes:
If you need assistance, you will need to contact the property manager of that rental for help. The contact information for the property manager can be found in the last email you received regarding the inquiry for the rental.
Real Estate Agents - make sure you're not trying to use your SentriKey app/pin or SentriLock Key Card. It will not work for these self access viewings.
A feedback message will be sent after the viewing. Be sure to add feedback for the property manager to let them know if you had trouble accessing the home!
If you're having issues, try to reschedule the viewing (which will generate a new code).
After the viewing, be sure to turn off all the lights in the home and secure the key back in the lockbox! A text will be sent requesting your feedback for the viewing shortly after you finish. An email will be sent to you with the link for the application process.
