When you visit the Access page of your Tenant Turner account, you may noticed that the serial numbers for your lockboxes may be different colors. This color coding system helps you easily identify which lockboxes are currently assigned, unassigned and currently assigned to an inactive property.
The color coding system used on this page is very similar to the color coding system used on the Rentals page.
Color code breakdown:
Grey= unassigned
Green= assigned to an active property
Red= assigned to an inactive property
Orange= assigned to a property that is ready to be activated or deactivated
Note: Lockboxes highlighted in either grey or red are available to assign to a new rental in the rental settings under 'self access viewings'.
