If you have been sent to a secure web page to get your lockbox access code, you will first need to confirm the serial number you see on the box and "Allow" the page to use your location:
If you accidentally click Don't Allow, you will not get an access code, and you will need to reset your location permissions so Tenant Turner can prompt you to share your location again.
